Arti Refund Policy

Thank you for registering to use the real-time augmented reality content software developed by Arti D2 Ltd. (“Arti“). This refund policy (“Refund Policy“) is an integral part of our Terms of Service (“Terms“) and shall constitute a legal document affecting your legal rights. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Terms.

Fees paid in advance are not refundable, provided, however, that in the event that you terminate the Terms in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Terms, due to breach by Arti, you shall be entitled to receive a pro-rated refund of any amounts paid in respect of the period following termination. 

Arti reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy from time to time at its sole discretion by updating this Refund Policy on Arti’s website.
